Delivery and Returns Procedure

Delivery
 
If items are in stock they will usually be sent out to you in the following week's delivery to school. This standard delivery service is charged at a flat £7 per order. If you require delivery to your home, particularly of course during school holidays, your order will be sent by a service which will require your signature on receipt. This delivery service is charged according to the actual cost of the shipment, calculated on the basis of weight and size. This cost, if selected, will be calculated and displayed to you before you are asked for payment.

If you select delivery to school when the school is closed (e.g. for school holidays), your order will be shipped to the school in the first shipment after it next opens.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, it will automatically go onto 'back order'; that is, it will be sent out to you as soon as it comes back into stock. We will let you know by email if anything you have ordered is going onto 'back order' and you may cancel the order and your payment will be refunded.
 
 
Returns Procedure

PLEASE NOTE - Items not displaying a valid Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be returned to the sender. You must request and receive an RMA before returning Items.

If an item that you have ordered does not meet with your requirements you may return it within seven days, unused and in its original condition to Schoolwear International at the address set out in the RMA procedure using the original packaging.
 
To access the RMA procedure please click on the "My Account" link displayed at the top of this website when you are logged in, click the 'Order History' link from the menu on the left and select the Order which contains the item you wish to return. An RMA section can be found on the page displayed.  The Returns section is specifically for RMA requests only, if you have any other problems please contact us on queries@schoolwearinternational.co.uk.
 
When returning goods, the package is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you send the item back by a method requiring a signature on delivery.  No refund will be made until the item has been received by us in its original condition.  No refund of postage will be given unless the item is deemed by us to be faulty and the responsibility for any item remains yours until it is received and signed for at our office.  No refund can be given for items personalised to your specific instructions.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
If you have received an incorrect item please use the Returns online system and we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item(s) on the understanding that the item(s) have been supplied incorrectly and returned via the suggested method.
 
Please ensure that you put the Returns number on the outside of the package, as requested, as the item will be returned to Sender without this reference number displayed.
